Called a local number for a local business and tried to make an appointment. I was told they had availability right away if I would come over, so I did. When I arrived the place was closed. I waited a few more minutes in case they had some problem, then called again. Only then did I fnd out that the local number was only a link to a newtwork number. I was never told this when I called....no attempt was made to identify my location or theirs, but as it was a local number, and I knew their location, I didn't feel the need to verify. The location wasn't even going to be open for another couple of hours. Hard to believe they could be so incompetent. No chance I would go back.
